Berry Seedbed
Seedbed costs and payouts
Here is every fee in Berry Seedbed and where the money goes, for pools that fill, pools that close, and the payouts afterwards.
Berry's fees
- When a pool fills: 1% of the ETH raised.
- When a pool fills: 1% of the supply put in.
- When a pool closes: 2% of the supply put in (the refund fee).
- For as long as the LP exists: 10% of its trading fees, taken from payouts.
When a pool fills
- The creator gets 50% of the money raised, after Berry's fee.
- The other 50%, after Berry's fee, is paired with the token as a permanent Uniswap V4 LP.
- Investors share 99% of the supply that was put in.
When a pool closes
- Investors get 100% of their ETH back, with no fee.
- The creator gets 98% of the supply back.
An example
- 01A creator puts 18% of the supply into a pool, aiming for a $200k market cap, with a 10% bonus.
- 02Investors get in at the price of a $180k market cap.
- 03The pool raises about $32,400 worth of ETH.
- 04It fills to 100%, the token reaches $200k, and the cooldown ends.
- 05Berry keeps 1% of the ETH ($324) and 1% of the supply.
- 06The creator receives half of the remaining ETH, about $16,038.
- 07The other half is paired with the supply to create the LP.
- 08Each investor gets tokens in proportion to what they put in.
- 09Payouts to all investors start, every 12 hours, based on the tokens each one holds.
